Program Operations

The processes and procedures for licensing, renewals, and other general operations have been streamlined to facilitate updates. We will guide you through these steps to ensure accuracy.

The Processes Include:

Ordering New Account Bundles:
Adding Additional Software of Seats:

Note: Once paper work has been received, the GO PLM team will follow up with a quote sheet that must be signed.

Note: The GO PLM team will handle these request two times per year.

Request Training
  • Review Classes & Schedule
  • Complete Request Form (363KB, Word)
  • Send forms back to GSP Team

Note: Response will come via email. Training is based on class availability.

Applying for Online Learning (Self-Teach Account)
  • Must have a valid edu web address
  • Enter e-mail address and system will generate password
  • Log on to self-teach account
